Very convenient location for overnight stay prior to catching a flight from Heathrow Airport. Clean,comfortable room. Although a large hotel, there seemed to be plenty of space, so no sense of being overcrowded. Although close to the airport, soundproofing in the hotel was good.

Wouldn't stay here!! Tried to blame us for marks on the bedsheets and a broken alarm we discovered when we got into the room!! Staff where rude and not very welcoming at all!!

All the staff. Especially: Jonathan, Krish, Rupinder, Abdul and all other ladies at the front desk (sorry, i did not take their names). All of them are very helpful and provide service with a smile! Breakfast restaurant: omelette lady from Jammu is fantastic, i think she makes omelette and fried eggs for at least 300 people daily. I must say, she does with a smile, always helpful! Restaurant staff from Goa are all good and extremely helpful!
